All procedures are carried out by experienced doctors under local anaesthetic, with a focus on minimal scarring and patient comfort. No GP referral is required for private patients; NHS patients will need to be referred by their own registered GP. We provide quick access to care at our Colchester and Clacton clinics.
Prices will vary depending on the individual case and consultation. Histology available if required. Discounts offered for multiple lesions and for some same-day procedures or procedures booked at the initial consultation.

- CQC-Registered Sterile Clinical Environment: All procedures are carried out in a clean, regulated setting that meets Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards for safety, hygiene, and clinical excellence.
- Sterile Wound Care: We follow strict infection control protocols and use sterile equipment and dressings to minimise risk and promote proper wound healing after the procedure.
- Histology if Required: If clinically indicated, the removed tissue will be sent for laboratory analysis (histology) to rule out any underlying concerns and ensure accurate diagnosis.
- Aftercare Advice & Guidance: You'll receive clear instructions on wound care, signs to watch for, and tips to support healing — plus access to our team if you have questions post-procedure.
- Follow-Up if Needed: If necessary, we offer follow-up appointments to review healing, discuss lab results, or address any concerns that may arise after your procedure.
